The Leap year day Arkansas Earthquake of 2011!

There was a 3.3 Earthquake in Tennessee on April 20th, 2010
and the linked article has some interesting points about
THE EASTERN TENNESSEE SEISMIC ZONE
an area in which we all live, here in Gilmer County.

 
To quote:
"The Eastern Tennessee seismic zone extends across Tennessee
and northwestern Georgia into northeastern Alabama.
It is one of the most active earthquake areas in the Southeast...."
